Store Policy


In order to maintain the integrity of our brand, we do not store inventory. All of our pillows are custom made to order. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  No refunds are allowed. Customers can ONLY exchange pillow covers within 7 days of receiving their order if the item(s) arrive damaged.  If uncertain about the color and/or pattern of a pillow cover,  please note that fabric swatches are available for purchase prior to purchasing a custom pillow cover.  In order to exchange the pillow covers(s), you must first notify us via email at ( with your name, order number, photo of damaged area/reason for the exchange.  If approved, all items MUST be returned UNUSED and SEALED in the original packaging. Upon receipt of the item(s), we will inspect and determine if the item(s) meets out return policy guidelines.  Once received and approved, will either replace the damaged returned item(s) with the identical pillow cover or requested exchange item.  We will provide the consumer with specific return instructions. All cost associated with the exchange is at the consumers expense. 

Please be advised that it is the consumers responsibility to select the correct pillow insert size.  Once purchased, pillow inserts CANNOT be returned. They are considered a FINAL SALE.  Should you be uncertain as to what size pillow insert is needed, we recommend contacting us prior to your purchase.
